I love holidays, mostly because its an excuse to plan a menu or party around a fun theme. This past week we had our "St. Patrick's Day" family game night and I went a little nuts with the menu. We're still eating leftovers!
These are great recipes, several could be modified to be main courses, even though I served them up as appetizers and desserts. I really love the beef hand pies and will definitely be using that one again whether it's to celebrate the Irish or not!
